colosseum rocked! woohooooooooooo!

miranda got 2nd for cheerleading! yay! despite the last minute (super lame) rule about no stunts cos of the many many injuries. hahaha. we got overall champions though! :D yay!

man, i was damn tired after the entire thing. thank goodness there was no school today or i would have just knocked out during lectures! many many pictures but again im lazy to upload and you can find alot on facebook anyway. haha. :D

firdaus got 3 gold medals and 1 silver! which i dropped into the drain along the canteen. hahaha! imagine the horror! ah, thats what happens when you pass your medals to the clumsiest person in the world! :D

ok im sleepy already. school tomorrow. :/

so we lost to vj in the finals.
but it's okay because they played really well (with the exception of one individual) and i'd have to concede that this year is theirs but hopefully next year is ours! :D for both floorball AND soccer :D

you know how we're okay with losing, cos our boys tried really hard and gave it their all, but it just wasn't meant to be and everyone knows that in a game, any game, for one to win, another has to lose.

this year vj won and we lost

but it's not so much who won that matters to me but what i want to talk about is the manner in which a team wins (or loses for that matter)

i'd have to say that my image of VJ soccer is tarnished very simply by the actions of one individual, specifically VJ NUMBER 5.

the biggest idiot in the world (in my opinion at least)

if our mj supporters were in fact liverpool supporters for example (cos theyre known to be hooligans. haha.) Number 5 would have been shot to death. ok maybe not so drastic, but maybe he would have had to be secretly removed from the stadium with maximum security.

his brazen act angered so many of us and he totally lost our respect. the respect of strangers, the respect of his ex-VS schoolmates and the respect of some of his current VJC schoolmates.

waaaaaaaah. you should have seen firdaus. he was so disappointed, "My junior eh mai! So immature! My junior eh!" i've never seen my boyfriend so livid with disappointment in the 5 years that i've known him.

for the benefit of those who have no idea what happened, here's a toned down version.

1. when VJ scored the first goal, he celebrated in front of the MJ fans. thumping his chest and god-knows-what and staring at us one kind. jalan besar stadium isnt that big you know, he could just run like 10 meters more and celebrate where celebration was due, in front of the VJ supporters maybe? that was what his teammates were doing, INCLUDING the one who scored the goal! so fine whatever, abit only.. [STRIKE ONE]

2. MJ was leading 2-1 i think
the bloody idiot was making an attempt to score, ah seng caught the ball and he kicked ah seng in the face, accidentally i think (i hope). okay nvm, so our goalkeeper was in pain lah huh. we all took it to be accidental so nvm. but what pissed off most of us was his reaction to it. edmund was there writhing in pain and number 5 just walked off i think. which triggered some people to shout out "eh where's the sportmanship?!" fine. [STRIKE TWO]

3. so our goalie was impaired already. and vj scored. equalising it at 2-2. so number 5 decided to celebrate again. this time he didnt just CELEBRATE, he MOCKED US. doing that 'nanny nanny poo poo' action at the mj fans. i know it sounds cute, but it seriously was not. IT WAS RUDE AND UNNECESSARY! and he continued with his celebration at the mj side. asshole. oh my goodness, the fury i felt was overwhelming. i don't remember being so angry before. so yyes, [STRIKE THREE]

then half-time.
i complained to syaz and har about the idiot representing their school, and they said that when half-time was called, the vj coach pulled number 5's shirt and gave him a tight slap on his face. HE DESERVED IT. i hope the vj people saw it as well cos he should be humiliated.

the slap should say "WAKE UP BOY! YOU THINK YOU BIGSHOT ISSIT! PUT YOUR EGO ASIDE AND GROW UP! DON'T BE SUCH AN ASSHOLE!"

rude and insensitive. like my amaths teacher last time used to say "you ought to be shot!"
hell yeah he does.

i guess the mj supporters were angry lah huh. and we were ok with vj winning. we stood our ground and cheered the soccer boys on despite the defeat. but the final straw happened during the prize presentation ceremony.

BLOODY HELL
HE DIDNT DESERVE IT AH
THOSE PEOPLE WHO MADE THE DECISION PROBABLY DIDNT SEE WHATEVER THAT HAPPENED

and obviously the mj supporters were fuming ah. he was BOOed like crazy, some people cursed loudly, some started shouting at the top of their lungs. wah the BOOing was damn loud. and i'm sad to say this but he actually deserved it. he gave like this apologetic look to the mj stands. sorry lah but TOO LITTLE TOO LATE.

his coach then pulled him to ms lai and made him apologise to our principal.
no idea how sincere he was ah, but he should have apologised to our entire college, not just our principal.

come on ah, you're freaking immature and you lack sportsmanship.
you're a disgrace to VJC
and i'm freaking serious

loser.

oh but congrats again to the vjc soccer team as a whole, they really deserved the win
that idiot, number 5, hmph, whatever lah he. skills wise, hes good. sportsmanship, zero!

my last post was more than 2 months ago!

well, alot has happened since then.
SYF has come and gone,
floorball girls are champions, guys runner-ups
soccer girls are national 3rd!
been busy with cheerleading

AND SOCCER FINALS ARE TOMORROW!
omgggggggggggg
I HOPE THEY WIN!

even though i personally feel that last year's team was stronger, if the guys play as well as they did when we met RJ in the group stages, we can win VJ tomorrow!

and VJ will come back with a vengeance having lost last year.

i'm also extremely glad that because of the finals, school ends at 12.05 tomorrow!
that means no double GP! is that fabulous or whaaaaaaaaaaat!

colosseum is this coming wednesday, and i'm kinda scared for miranda cheerleading :(

hmmmm... MY HAIR IS LONG NOW!
and im so tempted to cut it all off, but i'd miss it too much

ive got pictures to put up, but it'll have to wait till i've got time! :D

i havent blogged in a LONG time.

ooooooh life's been good

school is a breeze (for now) :D
dance syf rehearsals make me ache.
5 times a week practices, hmph
but then again, im getting more and more toned by the day (heheh)
AND I ACTUALLY HAVE SOMETHING THAT REPRESENTS A SOCIAL LIFE!

firdaus and i are still together.
3 years and almost a month now
sometimes i think he's crazy for wanting to stay with me
but then again, im grateful (:

he quit soccer, floorball now

its dancer and floorballer now (quite cool actually)

Reunion Dinner tomorrow. GAHHHHH.

Mum just lectured my sister and I.
About clothes. I love my sister to bits but sometimes she's really dumb.

Like, get it into your head already that our family is extremely conservative.
and watch your freaking ass crack and bra strap when at nenek's house.
Dad got pissed off. and so mum talked to us because he said that if he were to, he'd probably force us into tudungs, which they both don't want to do, cos they want it to come from our hearts.

and i know i will wear it. i always said i would. just give me time.
and that's what they're doing.
giving us time.

all my sister ever does is get me into trouble.
when i didn't even do anything wrong.
and it's not like once, or twice for that matter.

she needs to grow up i swear.
